Our healing approach combines the expertise of mental health practitioners with the intuitive, non-judgmental presence of equines to create a dynamic therapeutic environment.
Many are surprised to discover that this is a ground-based therapy–there is no riding of the equines. This allows the animals to be themselves and the freedom to make their own choices. They are part of the team, and it’s one of the dynamics that makes this type of healing so powerful
Our Equines
Equines—sensitive, intuitive, and nonjudgmental—play a vital role in this process, helping participants release emotional burdens, rebuild trust, and rediscover inner strength. Whether through guided sessions, mindful interactions, or simply spending quiet time with the herd, clients are given space to heal their bodies and spirits.
Autumn
Meet Autumn, our rare and remarkable 12-year-old Hinny! Rescued in 2018, she’s spent years bringing comfort and joy to everyone she meets.
Hinnies are celebrated for their resilience, sure-footedness, and calm nature, and Autumn embodies all these traits. She’s a compassionate therapy partner, always present and empathetic—whether working with groups or individuals, often alongside her best friend Poe.

Momma
Meet Momma, our beautiful 11-year-old standardbred! With a history as a carriage racing horse and even as a mom herself, Momma is the picture of versatility and grace.
