Lauryn Dullea
Intern, Volunteer, Digital Marketing & Barn Operations Maven
Lauryn found her way to Hands for Healing Equine during her senior year of college while searching for a volunteer internship. She was referred to Suzanne — and she never left. What began as a placement became something closer to a calling: for Lauryn, helping others on their journey toward growth and healing is both vocation and instinct.
She is the quiet engine behind much of what you see from us. Calm, creative, and endlessly capable, Lauryn is the reason marketing goes from concept to meticulous execution — the Canva genius behind our event flyers, our social content calendar, and the authentic images that capture real life at the barn. And she is as at home in muck boots as she is in a design file: she can clean a stall and run turnout like a pro.
Lauryn earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from UMass Lowell and is now pursuing her Master's in Social Work at Merrimack College. By day she works as a Case Manager at a substance-use treatment center, drawing on a background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) — clinical depth that quietly informs everything she brings to this work.
Grounding, reliable, and endlessly steady, Lauryn is the kind of presence every organization hopes to find. She came looking for experience — and stayed for the herd.
